RimaRabbit Twitch Animation
RimaRabbit is a gaming streamer on Twitch that’s known for her gothic look and her bunny motif. She commissioned me to make a few things for her, the first being the “Starting Soon” screen so people can be informed of her streaming before streaming fully. After brainstorming a couple of ideas, she decided she wanted to have the bunny hoping through the moon phases to be the design she is going for. She also said the colors she liked were blues, teal, and purple.

RimaRabbit asked for the design to incorporate her gothic elements with her rabbit motif. The elements I wanted to move were the skeletons, the lights, the rabbit, the moon, and the stars. I added some personal touches that show more of Rima, such as the margarita, which is her favorite, the R.B.F. on the tombstone, and the rock and roll skeleton. Client was very happy and asked for more work done.
Illustration was made on Illustrator and the animation was done on After Effects.
Then we worked together to create her logo. She wanted a cute bunny with a more “alternative” look since she herself is “alternative.” I kept her previous colors of purple and teal. I went with a more gothic font and adjusted the “b”s to look more like rabbit ears. I also added many piercings and an X to the eye to show her style more.
I made many versions of the rabbit design I ended up with. She uses it for a lot of different things, including stickers, stamps, merch, etc. I also made Twitch “emotes” for her and a banner for Comic Con.
